Research efforts include novel magnetic, ferroelectric and multiferroic materials for sensing, power electronics, RFIC and MMIC, different RF/microwave devices and subsystems. Other work is applicable to magnetic sensors, spintronics, energy harvesting materials and devices, solar cell materials and other devices.
